Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup hemp milk or your favourite plant based milk
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder add more or less depending on taste
  • dash black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a small saucepan, mix with a spoon.

  2. Heat on medium low. 

  3. When warm, if you have a hand frother, froth to your hearts content. 

  4. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Add two shots of espresso or coffee if you like!
