Fruit Pray Love

October 4, 2018

Hi friends!  Welcome to Fruit Pray Love.

I love to talk and I love to write. I started journaling when I was 7 and I was always the last one to finish any meal because I was jabbering on about anything and everything. Most of my embarrassing moments as a child revolved around someone having to remind me to let someone else talk or that I had other things to do with mouth – like eat. Seven was a good (some could say ‘strange’) age for me because it was also then that I decided I didn’t want to eat chocolate anymore because it wasn’t good for me – and I stuck to it for a good 15 years (until I discovered chocolate could be healthy – all the heart eyes for raw cacao). Needless to say, words and health (and determination) have been my thing for a good twenty years.

As everyone does, I’ve been through different phases of passion – I’ve always written, but most of it was about my travels and faith. I’ve always pursued natural health, but never created a platform to share about it. It feels like it’s been a long time for me to come to the place where I feel like somehow, all these different passions I have can find a common ground; a home.

Since starting an Instagram less than a year ago, it quickly became about the plant based food I eat, the natural products I make and use and health and wellness in general – physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally.  It gives me so much life and joy to share what is such an intrinsic part of who I am and have a like-minded community along side me. Community is so important – to receive support, affirmation and be inspired; but community is also about giving what you have. This is my heart behind Fruit Pray Love.  I want it to be a place where I can be myself and share my journey with you, as I enjoy journeying along with so many of yours.

Fruit Pray Love encompasses the important things in life for me; to Eat well, Have faith and Love yourself and others. I hope you will join me on this journey of wellness and that hopefully, I can inspire you a little on the way.

Love, Rebecca
